The girl child, the seed that brings forth the fruits we all are today. Every woman in the world today started from being a girl, every man in the world came from a woman, but this women started from being girls.

But it's heart rendering to see how this major pillars of our world are conveniently neglected, several stories around the world about how their delicate feminity is tampered with. *deep sigh*

child prostitution, abuse, slavery, child labour e.t.c.

There are those fortunate to be under the loving umbrella of their parents, being catered for, but there are those on the streets, living on the streets. 

This burden is not only on my heart, but on the hearts of several other kind hearted people, one of them is OKIRI QUINCY ESEOSA, a 300 level micro-biology student of kogi state university, and also the face of Zirock, a beauty queen both on the inside and on the outside.

She has started the ' save the girl child' campaign , a campaign aimed at rescuing young girls from dangers they may be exposed to in the society. a means of saving them from trauma, diseases and permanent scars that they could get from whatever they are put through.
